This municipal facility was designed by Edward Durell Stone from New York City. The building houses the offices of the City of Fort Worth. The offices are centered around an atrium, with its lowest level in the basement. Originally, the center of the atrium had a large pool and fountain, but it was replaced with planting area. The City Council Chambers are also located within the structure.
