The Exchange Hotel
This Moderne styled hotel is constructed out of yellow hollow tile with yellow brick trim. Use of hollow tile for an exterior street face was very unusual for its day. The front facade is symmetrical and features a deep entry centered on the building. Above that entry is a decorative aluminum grille. The building originally opened as the Exchange Hotel and was run by Leo H. Koestler.
