We received Fort Worth Star telegram renewal paper bill.
New annual rates $779.36 were almost double last years rates.
On 4 Oct 2022 sent to FWST PO Box 3035 Livonia MI 48151 our request to CANCEL our account
Per their requirements contract termination date would be 11 October 2022.
On 17 October 22 tried calling their Customer Service 800.776.78.7827 and 800.843.4375 to confirm cancellation. Both numbers automatically 'hung up'. Sent email to their Customer service and to date they have not replied.
Email requested they STOP home delivery immediately.
Today is 21 Oct 2022. Delivery continues.
FWST is not talking between billing and delivery folks
Not sure what is going on... but we are not paying for delivery service after 11 Oct 2022.
Just reaching out to learn if any forum members with FWST subscription are having similar issues.
