Noticed construction fencing around the building today. Is this being redeveloped? Torn down? Anyone have info?

Nostalgic note - wasn't that where the old Swiss House Restaurant was before it moved over to the Trinity river near the Ol' South?

This building has been purchased by private owners and is being converted into private business offices. Expected completion is sometime around November this year.
My husband works with the owners, that's how I got the information.
No, this is not the old location of the Old Swiss House restaurant. The old Swiss house was at the intersection of Camp Bowie & Merrick. There is a grey brick building there now that is not a restaurant.
At one time it was also Mac’s House.

Are you sure you are not confusing Swiss House with Carriage House?
Swiss House was further west if I remember correctly, and on the other side of the Camp Bowie.

Are you sure you are not confusing Swiss House with Carriage House?
Swiss House was further west if I remember correctly.
That's the way I remember it also.
