It appears the site plan has changed. There's a blank box instead of an apartment building along Exchange Avenue west of Swift & Armour Blvd.

 

Perhaps it's a commercial space catering to tourists... or a hotel.

John pointed out to me that Google Earth has updated aerial imagery in the desktop app. The images are dated 2/20/24, so barely a month old. They show a good overview of this project and the exact footprint of it.
