The city just listed 8 homes for 100k each. If I recall correctly- these properties were purchased by the city to create a park in the form of a retention pond. Anyone know why their plans changed?

indeed, WOW, at lots in that neighborhood can go for $200-300k easily.
there would have to be some crazy strings attached to make $100k the true fair market

so the $100k really just a place holder... more details than this but some of them include:
- The properties are marked to be sold "as-is" and subject to "conditions and restrictions"
- A seller’s disclosure will not be provided
- The property must be marketed for a minimum of ninety (90) days, therefore offers should be submitted prior to February 28, 2025
- The property must be sold to the buyer who submits the highest cash offer
- All offers are subject to approval by the Fort Worth City Council in a public meeting.
