Currently at work and an idea hit me...
I'm going to leave this here and brainstorm some things (I don't even have the programs or equipment to fully do what I want to do right now) and come back to it, but I'd like to turn the old abandoned power plant on Panther Island into a building of multiple halls for music, concerts, art, etc...
As soon as I can, I'll get back to this.

Worked up in Cleveland OH. awhile back and they turned their old power plant into a West End, type of building on the Cuyahoga River.
The Fort Worth building shouldn’t fall to the wrecking ball.

(SIDE NOTE) I don't think Hometown by Handlebar is still an active member of this forum, but hats off for the level of detail and extensive research he has done on a number of topics. His work is near the level of the late great Pete Charlton.

If I'm not mistaken he's a retired reporter so the material is pretty high quality.
