Having searched and then not finding a thread designated to the Coliseum, I am prompted to create one.

 

There is good news about how the Coliseum will continue to function even as the Arena goes into full mode.  Here is a thought:

 

Should the City sell the naming rights of the Coliseum and use those funds for additional improvements to the building?

Preservationists in the city want to see it continued to be used so that the threat of demolition is put at bay.  The building should be designated as a City of Fort Worth Historic & Cultural Landmark.

Yes, a designation is long overdue. 

 

Is there a facility use tax at the Dickie Arena that will go towards the upkeep of the Coliseum and other WRMC facilities?
