I certainly don't see a lot of "Value Engineering" going on here.  Lake Flato probably got carte blanche on this one.

Lake Flato won the 2024 AIA Gold Medal. Another winner with Fort Worth projects in their portfolio. Marlon Blackwell (PS1200) was the most recent, having got it in 2020.
