Carter Park East is a large industrial park planned for the area east of Oak Grove Rd., south of Joel East Rd., west of Wichita St., and north of Enon Ave.  The approximate size of the future industrial park is 556 acres.

I grew up in that neck of the woods.  The big non-winner in this is the Everman school district since this area falls into the big hole in their doughnut of territory that includes the rest of the Carter Park industrial area.  They somehow failed to annex that land into their district years ago despite the fact that they completely surround it.

The map shows this to be a large undeveloped area with spotty commerce and industry on the east and west sides.  Sufficient transportation access via I-20 and I-35, Oak Grove Road and Wichita Street.   Forest Hill toward the northeast of this area should eventually be impacted by industrial growth, as well as the Everman School District.

Now c'mon, guys!  I think Fort Worth can do better than that.  Just to show you, just west of Oak Grove Road and south of Joel East Drive is the Xerox Corporation plant.

Misfits Market? Interesting. Didn't they just recently start delivering in Texas? Like - this past summer? It's crazy that a company founded in 2018 now delivers groceries to most of the continental US. How do you do that? How do you grow from 4 people in Philly to a nationwide operation with warehouses, trucks and staff from coast to coast in just 3 years?
