OK, Who had 1101 Poindexter on their 2023 development card? I sure didn't. Anybody seen anything on this? Scarily close to my property.

Brutal. 5 foot sideyard setback. Very little greenspace, if any. This is not anything I want in my neighborhood.

That corner of the building by the power drop looks like a 2x4 is holding up a pallet. Probably just a funny camera angle.

I'm withholding judgment until we see some post-construction glamour shots with all the landscaping finished, etc. It's a large structure but it still qualifies as "gentle density" that's appropriate for the area, in my opinion.
