I was trying to book a room in Nashville and I noticed they're building a JW Marriott right next to the Music City Center which is Nashville's convention complex. It's a nice looking hotel with over 30 stories. Check it out if you get a chance. But it got me thinking, the downtown area of Fort Worth will soon have seven Marriott properties under seven different brands, but there aren't any JW Marriotts. So, I wouldn't mind seeing FW getting something similar to the one in Nashville. As far as location, if they ever fix the curvy part of Commerce St., I think the newly created block between Commerce and Calhoun would be a great spot. Or even another block over between Calhoun and Jones. What say you guys?
