I think it's more like W7th Extension. It almost, but not quite, abuts the W7th area (a bit of Linwood in between I guess). When the car dealers are gone I think it will eventually become one "super district" with a section of White Settlement Road in between that could potentially morph into a Magnolia/Race Street strip. It will be interesting to see if anyone suggests a road diet for White Settlement to foster that kind of renewal/development.
I'd love to see a Road Diet BUT after the White Settlement bridge turned a 2yr project into a 6yr project I would imagine HUGE fear and opposition to any road disruptions for adjoining business etc etc
