To briefly list the differences, cost dropped from $7 Billion to $4.5-$5 Billion. North leg terminates at 38th Street vs North
Lamar Transit Center, south leg terminates at Oltorf vs Stassney, east leg terminates at Yellow Jacket vs the airport parking garage.
No tunnels or elevated guideways, all at grade within existing streets or roads with new dedicated Colorado River bridge.
