The building has needed a grand entrance ever since it was restored.  This will be a plus to the Lancaster Corridor.

They are each quite nice and acceptable.  First impression is that

 

A & B have trees which are too close to the building.

 

B has pavement which does not coordinate with the scheme of the building

 

My vote then is for C: trees are far away in distance from the building; the pavement is coordinated with the building; and the water features are within the median.

After we build this walkway, can we tear up the adjacent surface parking lots and replace them with grass? Let's have a grand park in front of the grand T&P terminal.

Thank you for this beautiful capturing, Dave.  This is just furthering the case that any tinkering (development) within this neighborhood should be taken with the greatest of care.  Seeing that it is not broken, there is little need to fix it.

Real quick, has anyone else noticed the massive amount of water that comes into the terminal connected to the T&P and TRE when it rains? And the roof. It is eerily similar to what people saw in Florida when that condo building collapsed. It first started with a leak in the pool for a long time...then the pool collapsed and brought the whole building down. Are they going to address that?

This doesn't surprise me with the way all of that infrastructure was constructed.  I doubt that the Terminal Building is in danger of collapse, but this should be fixed.
