Pete, I just now had a chance to look at your link.   That's pretty interesting and it's something I did not know.

In the bird's eye view of the station, does that look like a turntable at the end of horsecar tracks just to the right of the smoke plume?

Andy..  I never noticed that before..  Probably is a little TT to turn the car.  There is no way you could back a mule very far is there?  Good Find!
