It was the top story on the Daily Mail's US website for part of the day yesterday.

That's a solid list.

 

There's a pretty big typo in the R Vickery school section.

 

And why in the name of all that is holy is there a plan to widen East Lancaster to 8 lanes?  That is absurd.

I've been out of pocket for a week or so. Point taken on the changes to the makeup of the council. I don't disagree.

I want to be encouraged, but the cynic in me says 1. how are the people that helped the mayor get elected going to feel about this and 2. insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

I’d argue the people (err the influential few) that got her elected know the ROI for projects like this.

Those were the same people that helped kill the last serious streetcar proposal. We'll see if they've changed at all.
