The last location of the Richelieu Grill was at the northeast corner of 4th & Main.  After the restaurant closed, the building was demolished.  The UTA photo was taken around 1980 when the original two blocks of Sundance Square were being restored and the City Center Towers were under construction.  It is not against forum rules or UTA's policy to link to their photographs.

Yes, Best Products Co., Inc. had stores in the area until the 1990s, I think.  The one here in Fort Worth was on the West Freeway between Cherry Lane and Las Vegas Trail. 

I am told at some point before 1993 it moved from off of the freeway (by the church) to over behind the mall.
