I've noticed that each of these locations that gets approval uses a different operator: DroneUp, Wing, Zipline, etc. I'm wondering if they are all the same company using different operating names.

I actually thought about that connection. When I moved to Bedford nearly 30 years ago, my wife and her family used to refer to Raider Drive as "Central".

Another similar case of changing street names in the mid cities: Central Dr. starts at Pipeline and goes north through Bedford, becomes Jackson Rd. when it enters Colleyville at Cheek Sparger, continues through Colleyville and Grapevine as Pool Rd. from Glade to 26, becomes Brumlow Ave. for less than a mile to Continental in Southlake where it becomes Carroll Ave. until it dead ends at Burney.
That's Central-Jackson-Pool-Brumlow-Carroll in a 10 mile stretch.

The theater is beautiful and it looks like it is stuck in a time capsule. I have good memories of going to programs there when I was growing up. I'm with you on the hopes that they save it. It's a shame that the city has let so much of the building deteriorate. (I'll spare everyone my typical rant about the city staying out of the real estate business.)

That was fast if that's the case.
Portillo's opened their Grapevine location this week.
