Looks great, but I'm a bit perplexed as to why they want to expand so much.  I was there a couple of weeks back to take an insurance licensing exam and I walked around the campus a bit, because I went there in the early 90's, and it felt like it was summer break.  There were hardly any students there and there were several wings of the campus that had no classes in them and seemed like they were no being used.  I was totally baffled by it.

Maybe they have more programs late in the afternoon or evening or a M-W-F schedule is busier if you hit it on a Tue or Thurs?  Years back, I took a course at TCCD SW in the far reaches of Arlington and it had moderate amounts of students present but I never felt like the campus was bustling with students.  I was there usually in the early evening.
