Had no idea where to post this, exactly, so here's something I know was discussed on this forum at some time not that long ago:

Victory Shops at Saginaw, which looks like another "urban mixed-use" (but not really) development for an outer 820 loop suburb. It has a brochure, as well.

You're right. "Urban Mixed Use" and "Pad Sites Available" cannot be used in the same sentence.

I am so sick of these places calling themselves "The Shops".  Trying to make themselves sound fancy when we all know that it is the same 10-15 shops that they include in all of these developments.  Texas development is so uninspiring with their rinse and repeat formula.
