Last Saturday we even went out and bought an iPad 2 for testing our work effort. Nah not really. Its really my wife Pat who is using the new iPad2. She kindly ALLOWS me to borrow it for a 1/2 hour to look at the html5/css3 content on our site. Thanks Pat.
This page has been designed for and tested with iPhone 4, iPad 1 and 2. After you visit this page click the page just click on the picture thumbnail and your browser will go to the panorama.
The code sniffs the visitors device screen size and delivers the appropriate panorama. Example, if it finds iPhone 4 and ipad 1 or 2 it will display in HTML5. All other visitors Internet explorer, Foxfire etc and has Adobe Flash 9 or 10 installed it will use Flash.

Hopefully the panoramas will be able to be seen across multiple browsers.

My brain is hardwired for aircraft video controls, forward is down, backwards is up, takes about 4 movements of it going the opposite direction and I'm done.

There is a softswitch that I did switch on [x] to make the mouse wheel behave. Roll wheel forwards towards the monitor and you now zoom in. Roll wheel away from the monitor and you zoom out.
Lesson Learned:
I think this current behavoir works in Foxfire, Safari and pinch screen on Ipad. On PC with IE 9 the behavior now is the opposite. I did ask around.. found out that different browsers/ OS perform differently.. no set standard wheel roll forward zoom in backwards zoom out. Go figure ? Even Google Earth Street view mouse wheel seems to behave differently than air craft controls. Stick forward nose down. yes I am a pilot (Single Engine - Land ).
Maybe when Apples ios 5 update is released mouse wheel /pinch will behave differently. When Win8 and IE 10 are released they will get their mouse wheel act together.
Are we having fun yet ?

FWIW... I have been using Chrome for many months and with only a few small exceptions it works very well, very fast and compatible. I like it better than Firefox and IE9 both of which I have loaded.

When visiting http://360texas.com/...r/dbu/index.htm
I have marked each of the panorama nadir tiles to show what cubeface/tile size is being delivered to your device. Tilt down and read the text in the nadir.
I would be helpful is you could post here in forum your platform MAC or PC OS/ browser version/ Flash plug-in version
If you see no text you are using Flash. Otherwise you will see html5/css3 xxx pixel wide. The value is the width of your cubeface/Tile being delivered to your device.
PC MS Vista SP2:
IE 9 Adobe Flash 10.3.181.23 - No Text visible No black or gray tile while loading
FireFox 4.0.1 Adobe Flash 10.2.152.32- No Text visible - noticed grey tile cubeface preview before full loading. Reloads fast from browser cache - gray tile not noticable
Safari 5.0.2 (7533.18.5) I guess its using html5 because I read - "html5/css5 1300 pixels wide" noticed black cubeface tiling before full loading. Reloads fast from browser cache - gray tile not noticable
Note: Zoom in/out works properly for IE9, Firefox, Safari Desktops Browsers. I used [x] inverse mouse wheel on PC Dell wired mouse. Please know this: I have deliberately set the zoom in/out and FOV to very small zoom distance. This prevents the visitor zoom in full to pixelation and zoom out to see all barrel distortion.
iPad 2 Safari and it reads "html5/css3 960 pixels wide" which of course is the tile/cubeface 960x960 pixels. noticed black cubeface tiling before full loading. Reloads fast from browser cache - black cubeface/tile not noticable
Do not have mobile phone with internet connection or android phones or tablets.
Thanks for your help

Mouse wheel works correctly, zoom in mouse wheel roll towards monitor. Rotation is jerky, image appears sharp.
It is trying to display cubeface tiles that are 1300 x 1300 pixels square... note text on bottom center below.
On loading saw black cube face wire frame. After loading image texture sort of works with white displaced panels shown below.
