Don't know why, but it looks like a KOA campground to me.

I think those are the remnants of Speed Fab-Crete's headquarters.  They were on W. Vickery many years ago.

The A frame house/lodge definately looks KOA....but the capgound would be Mary's Creek LOL.

Yes. The buildings are really too small to be useful much. I've always believed they were just supposed to be examples of their work.

whoa, i did not know they used to be out there!  thanks for the info!!  

 

speaking of precasters, does anyone have a photo of everman precast when they were still around?  or any stories about everman precast?  photo from early april:
