Tulips FTW plans to open in August in the former Collective Brewing space on St. Louis Ave. near Vickery. It will seat 600 and calls itself Fort Worth's first midsize venue "since the days of Caravan of Dreams." Plus "an outdoor patio stays open to the public year round with ease of access for food trucks." https://www.tulipsftw.com/about

You mean 150.  Eventually 300.

In all serious though.... where do cars for 600 people park in that area?

I hope that they can't.  Perhaps the bulk of the attendees will be locals (South Main/Near South/Downtown).

A 600-seat venue is going to be more of a regional attraction than a local attraction. I hope they promote their proximity to T&P Station when they open.

I wonder if Broadway Baptist Church will allow people to park in their lots outside of church services. I also wonder what the Daggett Avenue parking lot serves.

I'm betting a lot of ride sharing as well.

Of course, it will attract some regional attendees, but there are ample venues like this throughout the greater metropolitan region.  I believe that Suburban dwellers are going to have to accept that they are not the primary market.  A venue like this is for a growing class of dwellers who choose to live in the core of the core.

The diplomatic point that I am trying to make is that there are trade-offs to living in Suburbia where you want large housing/yards and roads to Urbanists who want density and walk-able neighborhoods.
