In the early to mid-90s I remember driving past downtown Dallas in the evening/night. There was a high-rise building that had bright, white, horizontal lights. It was somewhere on the north/northeast corner of downtown (think about where the Chase/"Keyhole" Tower is). If the building is still there the lights aren't. It seemed the first 10 floors were lit up. Notice: This is not the Elm Place tower with the vertical stripes, but a different building. Any ideas? Does anyone remember it?
