Does anyone know who the architect was who designed the new, modern house that is just off Shady Oaks Lane (driveway that extends into the golf course)? The house was built in the last couple of years. It is striking, and juts out over the hill. It can be seen from Roaring Springs Road, just east of the gates of Shady Oaks CC.
It appears to have a low, pitched, standing seam metal roof.
