Anyone here attend Carter-Riverside or know anyone who did? My siblings and I went from 1966 to 1980. I like running into alumni.

Bonnie Brae Elementary (K only) then it changed to some type of special needs school
Springdale Elementary (1st, 3rd, 4th & 5th grades)
R Vickery Elementary (2nd grade only) was bussed there and they did not offer 2nd grade at Springdale that year.

I knew one of the principals who worked at Carter-Riverside, Jack Bass, who was principal from 1975 to 1985. I knew him through my father that is. Mr. Bass was the teaching vice-principal at Alexander Hogg Elementary back when my dad ran that school.

Mr. Bass's younger daughter was the teenage girl who fled the Cullen Davis mansion that night of the murders in 1976 with the so-called man in black pursuing her.
