One of the old commercial buildings embedded into the Ryan Place neighborhood at the NW corner of Cantey and Libscomb is getting a makeover.

That's kind of a neat little corner of town.  When I lived in Meadowcreek that was one of my primary routes to the Near Southside and Downtown.
