About Me

I originally moved to Fort Worth in the summer of 1970 at the age of almost 18; graduated from Paschal HS in June 1971; went to TCJC south campus for two yewars and worked and lived in many different places aound the city for many years; graduated from TCU in 1977; went to work at GD in Feb. 1978; married my first husband, Liggett Crim, III at St. Stephen Presbyterian Church in May, 1979; raised three sons (Russell, Daniel, and Stephen Crim, who were all born at Harris Hospital in 1981; 1984; and 1987; moved away to Lubbock for 14 years; returned to Fort Worth with current husband, Giles McCrary, Jr. in 2007. I have always loved the city of Fort Worth, and its community-oriented leadership, and its wonderful people.

Everything and anything about the history of Fort Worth and Dallas; I am currently specifically interested in learning more about the history of The Cellar Club, the Four Deuces, and Pat Kirkwood. <br /><br />My husband, Giles McCrary, welcomes all interested contributors to a television documentary he is currently producing about The Cellar Club, in association with The Crossroads Texas Music Project, a music archive housed in the Southwest Library Collections at Texas Tech University.
