This transaction represents the acquisition of a ±2.85-acre site located at 1001 University Drive in the popular West 7th District, just around the corner from Goldenrod’s VanZandt mixed-use development. Fully built out, the Project is anticipated to provide ±12,000 SF of street level retail/restaurant space along University Drive, 800+ parking stalls on grade and within two levels of subterranean parking structure, ±120,000 SF of class AA office space, ±254 multifamily units and an approximate 171-key 5-star Fort Worth branded hotel ranging in height from 26’ to 114’. The development will start construction in beginning of 2024.

oh ok.  So they are only building the apartment section first and it will be called University One.  The Hotel and Office portion would be in phase 2.
