A few years back my wife and I undertook a fairly massive remodel on our home and with the kitchen a double oven was part of it. Even just cooking for the three of us, there are days when it's SO great to have. (I also do the holiday cooking for the extended family and it's very much a #WIN then too)

I can cook something at 350F and another at 425F and have everything ready at the same time.

The extra cost felt like a splurge but looking back I'd absolutely do it again.

Right after I posted my last comment here, one of my co-workers has a possible conflict in her schedule.  I may have to fill in for her at a punch list.  If I do, I won't be able to make the forum meeting.  I will let everyone know as soon as I find out if I can't eat lunch with the forum.

Not likely I'll make it.  I had to miss a couple of work days the last couple of weeks and I'm swamped.

I wanted to let you all know that the Forum Meetings still go on, even if I can't make it.  We only cancel them when there is a consensus, or no one agrees to attend.  Even at that, I have gone to Benito's to eat just to make sure someone else showed up.  If I can't attend, please go ahead and get together to visit about anything happening in the city.  I probably won't know if I have to cancel until tomorrow morning.

Good news!  I do not have to fill in for my co-worker at the Punch this afternoon.  I will be at the Forum Meeting.  I look forward to seeing everyone.
