Virtuoso Building
505 Main Street - 1996
This is a new 5 story building constructed in Sundance Square. It
was designed by David M. Schwarz with HKS as Associate Architects. Linbeck
was the General Contractor. This building gives
Fort Worth a feel of San Francisco with five bay windows, a ground floor courtyard, a
second floor balcony with trellis, and a fifth floor balcony.
Schakolad Chocolate Factory and Moonstruck, and
Capital One Bank
occupy a part of the ground floor. Mi Cocina Mexican Restaurant is another
major retail tenant. Mi Cocina features outdoor dining in the courtyard on the south side
of the building. Mi Cocina serves homey Tex-Mex items in a very trendy
interior. Virtuoso is the primary tenant on the upper
floors. This building was previously occupied by Wells Fargo Bank,
but they recently moved into City Center.
The building was formerly known as the Wells Fargo Building.
