This 15 story residential building was built on the Trinity River bluff by the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth as a retirement center. The tower is "L" shaped in plan and offers commanding views fo the Fort Worth skyline and Trinity Park. Balconies on all four sides give residents outdoor spaces on all floors. Located on a steeply sloping site, the building has three parking levels below grade at Texas Street, but open to the river side of the building.
