Trinity Terrace

1600 Texas St. - 1982

This 15 story residential building was built on the Trinity River bluff by the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Worth as a retirement center.  The tower is "L" shaped in plan and offers commanding views fo the Fort Worth skyline and Trinity Park.  Balconies on all four sides give residents outdoor spaces on all floors.  Located on a steeply sloping site, the building has three parking levels below grade at Texas Street, but open to the river side of the building. In 2008, the 16 story City Tower was built as the first expansion to the complex. Then, in 2017, the River Tower, with 23 stories, was added
