University Tower

University Tower is a six story office building constructed just south of the intersection of University Drive and Berry Street.  It was constructed as part of an area that was once visualized as a mid-rise office district.  For a while, a four story building was across the street, but it was demolished in 1993 for the construction of a Bank of America branch and an Albertson's supermarket.  This building is clad in stucco and gold glass, and is very typical of 1970's structures.
