This mixed-use student apartment complex was designed by famed architect Robert A.M. Stern. The complex sits on a full city block on a former TCU parking lot. There are three buildings on the block. The north building is five stories with four floors of apartments above the amenities and offices to the complex. The center building is a 582 space parking garage. The south building is a six story structure with five floors of apartments with ground floor retail. This portion of the complex has an off center gable with a tower rising out of it. This portion of the building faces West Berry Street. The building materials on the complex are yellow brick and a red clay tile roof. There are 244 units within the complex that can house up to 644 beds. There is 30,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. Current tenants include Perrotti's Pizza, Café Brazil, Salata, and BB&T.
