Hahnfeld Hoffer Stanford designed this new synagogue to replace the 1920 Temple Beth-El located at 207 W. Broadway Ave. The organization of the site follows an entry through a series of gates, each leading to a more sacred area, before entering the temple. The sanctuary seats 600 with an overflow seating 150 located in the adjoining chapel. The building also has an education wing with classrooms and a wing with a meeting hall and kitchen.
