This 23 story residential building was built on the Trinity Terrace campus and serves as the latest addition to that retirement center. The building was designed by Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects from Portland, Oregon. The building matches the two earlier buildings within the complex, and it connected to the original building on the lower levels and from the top level of the original building. The structure is 267 feet tall, and is the city's 13th tallest building. Ankrom Moisan also designed the City Tower, the 16 story second phase of the complex.
