Walgreen's Pharmacy
200 N.E. 28th St. - 2000
Most of Walgreen's stores in Fort Worth are from their
standard prototype. However, this store's facade was modified to fit
in with the existing historic architecture of the Stock Yards. The
building's facade is stucco and features a Missionesque entrance canopy
similar to the Fort Worth Livestock Exchange Building a few blocks to the
south. An extension of the canopy on the north side of the building
features arched openings, which also are taken from the exchange building. |
