Samuel Rosen built this grocery store building to serve his development of Rosen Heights. The building features a corbeled and dentiiled brick parapet with storefront below on the NW 25th Street facade. The east and west walls feature a stepped parapet with very few openings. The building has been converted into a restaurant and the storefronts have been infilled with smaller openings. The brick has been painted and a smaller metal building addition has been built on the east side of the structure.
