This commercial building was the last structure built on this part of South Main Street. The front facade features an orange-red brick field with yellow brick horizontal bands for accent. The bands are laid in running bond in the field of the facade, but are laid in a soldier course above the storefonts and a rowlock course below the windows. The entrances are surrounded by glass block. The other three sides of the building are painted brick. The first occupants were the General Engineering Corporation and Texas Toro. General Engineering was a HVAC and plumbing company and Texas Toro was a golf equipment store. The building currently houses Amphibian Stage Productions, a non-profit theater company.
