Schaumburg Lofts

817 W. Daggett Ave. - 2002

Architect Ken Schaumburg designed and built this office/apartment loft complex on the Near Southside in 2002. It was one of the first infill projects built in the area. Two buildings make up the project, with one directly fronting on West Daggett and the other facing into a common parking lot and drive. Both buildings are clad in red brick and the front building has two corner towers clad in ceramic tile. Both of them offer dramatic downtown views from rooftop terraces.
