Oleander Lofts

This infill project on Oleander Street west of 8th Avenue features offices on the ground floor and residential lofts on the second.  Two buildings were designed on the site, each with their own character.  The two buildings are connected in the center with a lobby, stairway, and breezeway on the second floor.  The project was designed by Tom Malone Architects of Fort Worth.
