Sitting on the corner of Pennsylvania and College, this small retail building was probably constructed in the 1920's. The original layout of the building allows for five tenants, but the storefronts have been modified over the years. The notable features of this retail building are the brick banding and the stepped parapet along the front of the structure facing Pennsylvania Avenue.
