These mixed use buildings were built within the boundaries of the Fairmount/Southside Historic District, but are new construction. The buildings were designed by 97w Planning/Architecture/Interiors/Design Lab. Crimson Building Co. was the general contractor. The developers are Hatfield Properties and Dodson Companies. The project is located on what was a vacant piece of property on Magnolia that previously held two historic homes that were relocated to the interior of the Farimount neighborhood. The westernmost building is two stories with ground floor retail and residential above. The easternmost building is three stories with ground floor retail and two floors of residential above. Salsa Limón was the first tenant announced for the project and they are located in the westernmost building. The three story has Reful, Magnolia Skate Shop, Tribe Alive, and Panther City Vinyl. There are six condominium units within the two buildings.
