In 1968, the Mallick Tower was the first high rise building constructed in Downtown west of Henderson Street. It is 10 stories in height and was one of the buildings heavily damaged in the March 2000 tornado. The building was remodeled and reclad with blue glass in lieu of the original dark gray color.
