Lincoln at Trinity Bluff

This 304 unit apartment complex was the first building completed in the Trinity Bluff development along Samuels Avenue.  The apartments sit at the edge of the bluff, with the rear units facing the Trinity River.  The project was developed by Lincoln Property Company.  The building constructed of red brick with cast stone trim, features an undulating south wall along Bluff Street.  Each projecting section of the wall features a feature along the parapet of the building.  The complex is also constructed right up to the property line with limited street parking.  Parking for the units is provided by a centrally located and hidden parking garage.  The units surround the garage on all four sides.
