Hillside Apartments

This apartment community is located on the east side of Downtown in the old Hillside Neighborhood.  Although most of the residences within this neighborhood are now gone, the development saved the architecturally significant churches and buildings.  The apartment community is for people of mixed incomes and features individual units, duplexes and triplexes that resemble the character of the original neighborhood.  A new office structure and visitor center has been constructed on the west end of the development.  This building blends with the existing historic structures that remain.
