I agree, a classic example is some golfing buddies that spend hours at local golf shops trying out new equipment with the help of salesmen just to go home and find the same product online for 20% less, no sales tax and free shipping and push the button.
As much as I would like to have supported Revolver, that really tasted nasty to me but again, when Carling opened up on Will Rogers which is now Millers/Coors it wasn't the best of taste either. Probably personal taste. I do support any mass market with it's roots in Fort Worth as long as it's legal but I certainly see the smaller micro and independents having a important role in the community.
Look forward to trying it. I've always enjoyed Jack Daniels but about a year ago switched to Evan Williams on the recommendation of several bourbon connoisseurs. I actually like it better and it's over 50% less expensive which makes it even better.
