The west side of the development office park continues to grow. Worthington Bank looks about ready. New one story single use building under construction. They cleared by Edwards Ranch and Acme ct for the project. http://www.loopnet.c...-Fort-Worth-TX/

Further down they have rendering up of two story by rail tracks

Ate dinner across street last night Ana while waiting for valet I noticed the metal awning on top floor has alternating color lights. Building looks better than I expected

It's all about cost at 5 stories they can use wood. Greater than 5 would require concrete.

Trinity Bluff - Phase 5, proposed to be a "luxury five story apartment community".
 
They are requesting waivers on the block face and block perimeter requirements in the subdivision ordinance.
 
More apartments. Any retail? I wonder what this part of town will be like in 20 years.



Too many apartments, long term too dense without retail.
