Yes! What if there were a TIF over the area that paid for the operation costs of building a garage?


There needs to be one in the back corner where the employees of the warehouses park. Something simple, 3 stories open 24/7.

A 697 space parking lot is going to be built on the north side of the highway, about here, to be used by contractors working at Dickies Arena during the stock show.  Workers will be shuttled to the site.


At one time I thought we had seen a rendering for an office building here, no?

I like the sound of that as well, however, I still wish they would have buried the power lines (although I know it is costly). At least then you could enjoy an unobstructed view of the building (and from within the building). *sigh*

Great design. It would be nice if the parallel buildings were angled outward so each room had more of a downtown view, kinda like if it were a beach front property. I'm sure the property size doesn't allow that though.
